Subscribers First: Claim Your Feb 5 Mixer Ticket Before NYC Does
Our events keep growing, 187+ attended last one. Feb 5 is already looking bigger, and you get first access.
The last Startup+ Mixer didn’t just “sell out” - it exploded.
We watched 187 founders, operators, and investors pack the room, turning a simple Thursday night into a full-blown ecosystem moment.
And now… we’re doing it again.
Before we open public registrations on Luma, Meetup and Eventbrite, you, our newsletter family, get first rights.
This is your early window — before the wider NYC tech crowd rushes in.

Why people keep showing up (in absurd numbers)
Our mixers aren’t pitch sessions.
They aren’t panel discussions.
They aren’t “networking but awkward.”
They’re simple: founders, investors, operators, and builders in one room — talking like real humans.
Things that ACTUALLY happened at our last event:
Somebody found their technical co-founder
An investor met their next two portfolio companies
A founder walked out with a job offer
Multiple teams formed over a single conversation and a sour beer
This is what Startup+ does.
This is why the room hits capacity every single time.
What to expect on Feb 5
A packed space.
A room buzzing before 5 PM.
New friends, future teammates, and conversations that don’t feel forced.
Whether you’re building, hiring, fundraising, or just curious — you’ll find your people here. Get your tickets now.
⚠️ Reminder: These early access tickets disappear fast.
The last event crossed 187 walk-ins and we had to shut the door.
Once this goes public, it won’t take long.
If you want in, now’s the time. Grab it.
See you on Feb 5.
It’s going to be big.
See you soon,

Nice approach. The no-panels format is key, forced mingling works way better than hoping people network after a talk. When I organized events we found that breaking ice early (like assigning people to small intro circles) got better connections than open-bar freeform. The 187 turnout is solid but make sure you have a plan for if it hits 250+, venue overflow kills the vibe fast.
